Informative report with regard to the processing of personal data
Under the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (from now on referred to as “Privacy code”) and under the Regulation of the European Parliament no. 2016/679 (from now on reffered to as “RGDP”), Pratese Petroli, with registered office in Via F. Burricchi no. 64 – Vaiano (PO), in the capacity of holder of data processing, informs the concerned person that the processing of data will be carried out basing on the principles of confidentiality, lawfulness and transparency.
1. Subject of the processing
The processing has as subject identification personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address, bank information) collected directly from the concerned and limited to what closely necessary for the fulfilment of the services and/or performances required.
2. Procedures of data processing
Data will be collected manually and processed both on paper and in computerised form, with the aim to memorize, manage and transfer them.
3. Purposes of data processing
Personal data of the concerned will be requested for specific purposes.
Under article 6 RGDP:
- Request of information and quotation
- Contract fulfilment and execution
- Accounting and fiscal obbligations fulfilment
- Fulfilment of any obligation derived from laws, regulations and Community legislation
The legal basis that legitimises the data processing is therefore the fulfilment of a contract obligation i.e. the compliance with potential legal obligations or regulations.
4. Nature of data conferral and consequent refusal to reply
Data conferral to fulfill the purposes of point 3 is compulsory.
In the absence of the required data, the processing holder will not be able to guarantee the services requested by the concerned.
5. Transfer of and Access to Data
The holder informs the concerned that their data could be transfered esclusively in compliance with the above-described purposes to the holder’s employees and associates, to third companies and professionals (and merely as an example: professional practice, consultants, credit institutions) who carry ou services on behalf of the holder.
6. Data Diffusion
Personal data are not subjected to diffusion.
7. Data Transfer
Personal data are not subjected to transfer abroad.
8. Period of Data Retention
Data will be retained for as long as the the services and/or performances requested and for the purposes for which they have been collected basing on the fulfilment of the correlated legal obligations.
9. Rights of the concerned
The concerned has the rights in Article no. 15 and following RGDP, and precisely:
- Obtaining confirmation of the eventual processing of their Data;
- Obtaining access to their personal data and processing information as well as requesting a copy of their personal data;
- Obtaining the correction of any incorrect personal data and the integration of incomplete personal data;
- Obtaining, if any of the conditions laid down in Article 17 of RGDP exists, the cancellation of their personal data (right to be forgotten);
- Obtaining, for the cases laid down in Article 18 of RGDP, the restriction of Data processing;
- Objection
- Lodging a complaint with a competent authority.
10. Mode of exercise of the rights
The concerned wil be able to exercise their rights in the manner and within the time limit laid down in Article 12 RGDP, by sending a registered letter to Pratese Petroli S.R.L., Via F. Buricchi no 64 – Vaiano (PO) or via e-mail to pratesepetroli@libero.it
11. Holder of the Processing
The holder of the processing is PRATESE PETROLI S.R.L.
